§2. Data may not be given on to third parties. However, customers will be entitled to use those data in their design, presentations etc, within their own company or group of companies or customers.

§3. Users are by no means allowed to use the data for any kind of manufacturing, or to copy the products described by means of modifying the data in any other way.

§4. The product data, including but not limited to, downloadable files is made available to customers as a courtesy, at their own risk. SolidComponents as well as the supplier will give no guarantee as to completeness, correctness and actuality of the data and takes no responsibility for any third-party use of the data that is accessed and/or downloaded from the digital product catalogue. SolidComponents or the supplier cannot be held responsible for consequences, direct or indirect, from potential errors in the CAD-models.
